At The Wool Story, we offer digital crochet guidebooks and downloadable pattern collections. Since all products are delivered instantly in digital format, we generally do not offer refunds once the order is completed.
However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- You did not receive the download file after purchase
- The file is damaged or cannot be opened properly
If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and our support team will be happy to help.
